Refund policy

At Christiam Comin, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Because each piece is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

We do accept claims for:

• Defective products (printing errors, damaged items, manufacturing defects)
• Wrong item received (incorrect size, color, or design)

To submit a claim: Contact us at christiamcomin@hotmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or full refund at our discretion.

We do not cover:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)
• Minor color variations due to screen display differences
• Damage caused after delivery

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
